Return / Refund / Exchange Policy
We have a 14-day return / exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start the return procecess, you must contact us at hovrismary@yahoo.ca . If your return is accepted, we'll advise you on how and where to send your package. Please do not send any items back to us without starting the return process. The return will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging unworn or unused, with all tags attached. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Unfortunately, special orders, custom probucts, sale items or gift cards are not eligible for returns.
Exchanges must be for an item of equal or higher value with customer paying the difference.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund or exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If not approved your item will be sent back to you.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
